Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked and insured delivery.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the return authorization form included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
